Stranger Things 4's release date has been confirmed for May this year, after the cast wrapped filming the new series of the Netflix last year.

In the latest trailer, which you can watch at the top of this page, Netflix promised one of the most action-packed Stranger Things series yet and it's tipped for release in the summer this year, with rumours speculating the end of May.

Stranger Things have also confirmed season four will instead be released in two parts this summer, as the storylines are 'bigger than ever' and seemingly couldn't be compact into one series.
